Peel and wash the carrots; I used two carrots, the amount is only enough for two people;

Stir the shredded carrot batter evenly. You can add pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, etc. according to your personal taste;

Heat the oil in the pan and turn to low heat. Form the shredded carrots into balls, put them into the pot, fry them until golden and take them out. Since this is done by one person, I didn’t take pictures at the step of frying the meatballs. Strain the oil from the fried meatballs and skewer them with toothpicks.
