Take an appropriate amount of flour and put it into a large bowl, add 2 grams of baking powder, a little white sugar and an appropriate amount of water, stir into dough and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let ferment until about doubled in size. After the dough has risen, knead it again into a smooth dough. In a small bowl, add a spoonful of salt, Nande, and sesame oil and mix well to make seasoned oil.

Place the dough on the board, sprinkle with some dry flour, and roll it into a thin pancake with a rolling pin.

Spread the seasoning oil evenly on the dough.

Roll up from one side into a long strip.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the top of the cake, and press it slightly after spreading.
