Wash the crab and cut into pieces. Chop the green onions, smash the garlic, and beat 2 eggs.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.

Add crab.

Crush the eggs and pour them on top of the crab.

Turn on low heat and fry one side and the other side.

Add some boiling water and salt to taste.

Simmer until the juice is reduced and add chopped green onion.
