Soak the spring roll wrappers in water until soft.

Prepare your favorite ingredients, cut them into shreds, fruits and vegetables, the colors are richer and look better. (I fried the shredded carrots because I don’t like the taste of raw carrots)

Place on the spring roll wrapper

Roll it up and put a few kiwi slices, mint leaves, shrimps, mango slices, etc. on top. It will look very nice, and then wrap it in another layer.

Cut into pieces and serve with Thai sweet and spicy sauce.
