Wash the pork ribs and cut one into 3 sections

Put June fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, thirteen spices, cooking wine and salt into

Add ginger slices, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour

Fry the pork ribs until golden brown

Heat the oil in the same pot until it is 8 minutes hot. Add the pork ribs and fry until the surface is red and yellow. Do not over-fry, as re-frying will make them crispier
