A white fungus soaked in hair.

Soak more than 20 lotus seeds one hour before white fungus. It is best to remove the core to avoid the sweet soup becoming bitter.

Remove the unusable part of the soaked white fungus from the roots and tear it into small pieces. Do not cut it with a knife.

Place the lotus seeds and white fungus in a pot and add enough water, about three liters, to boil and cook for 1 hour.
