Cut the eggplant into hob pieces and soak in light salt water for 15 minutes.

Wash the fresh clams, peel and chop the pork belly, cut the onion into two halves, and cut the chili pepper into diagonal slices.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pot until it is 60% hot, add eggplant pieces and fry until the edges shrink, remove and control the oil.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a clay pot, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
