How to cook Celery pork buns at home

Minced lean meat

Take stems from celery, wash and chop

Pour the ingredients into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar

Add a little light soy sauce

Sprinkle in black pepper

Drop in a little sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients evenly

Wrap it up and steam it in a pot over water (this step of making the dough is omitted, you can find it in my previous recipes)

After the water boils, continue to steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for 3 minutes before opening the lid
