Wash the prawns and pick out the shrimp threads.

Cut the condiments and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the prawns until they change color and take them out.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot and add seasonings.

Add two tablespoons of Laoganma and a big chunk of hotpot base.

Fry the red oil over medium-low heat until fragrant.

Pour in the prawns.

Stir fry evenly.

Pour in appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the flavor is absorbed (you can taste it to see if you need to add more salt)
