Shrimp oil side dishes-nourishes yin and moisturizes the lungs
Overview
Shrimp oil side dishes are a famous specialty of Jinzhou. There are more than 10 kinds of ingredients in it, which are soaked in shrimp oil and used as an accompaniment to rice. But the finished product I bought was very salty, so I tried to make it myself, and it turned out to be more delicious than the sold version, with just the right amount of saltiness. Commonly used ingredients include spicy green peppers, cowpeas, cucumbers, kohlrabi, ground gourds, almonds, celery, etc. Today I conveniently picked up a few ingredients. The methods are the same. You can add whatever you like, but they are generally hard ingredients that are easy to store. Among them, almonds have the effect of moistening the lungs, relieving coughs and reducing phlegm. They can also be used as side dishes to moisturize the lungs!
