In Western food, mayonnaise is often added to potato salad. The taste is good, but the calories and cholesterol are too high. If you eat too much, you will easily gain weight. The salad dressing in local meals is mainly based on original yogurt, but the taste is no worse than pure mayonnaise. Moreover, yogurt is good for the stomach and has anti-cancer effects. Boil potatoes in water until cooked
