Cream cubes
Overview
On Mother's Day, I made my mom's favorite cream cube. It doesn't have a gorgeous appearance, but only has a soft texture and rich milky sweetness. Every bite will satisfy people.

Prepare ingredients for making cake

Separate the egg white and egg yolk, add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk

Mix well and then add milk and mix well

Add cooking oil and mix well

Sift the flour and mix well

Add egg whites into a clean basin without oil and water and squeeze in lemon juice (preheat the oven to 150 degrees)

Add sugar in three batches and beat with an electric whisk until dry peaks form. Lift the whisk and the tip of the egg whites will be straight and not droopy

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix well

Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites and mix evenly

Pour the egg yolk into the mold and shake it a few times to remove any big bubbles

Enter the second to last level of the oven for 50 minutes

When the time is up, take it out and wait until it cools down before demolding

Prepare sugar, whipping cream, cherries and mango pulp
-
Add 200 grams of whipping cream and 15 grams of sugar and whip
-
Divide the cooled cake into even pieces, take one piece of cake and spread it with light cream, add mango pulp, close the other piece and spread it with light cream

Put the remaining whipping cream into a piping bag, pipe it into the shape you like and add cherries
