Wash tomatoes, remove stems and cut into large pieces.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add 1/4 spoon of salt, and mix well.

After heating the oil pan, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry quickly, and scoop out the eggs as soon as they are just formed.

Add some oil, heat it up, add tomatoes and sugar, stir-fry while squeezing with a spatula.
