Add the softened butter at room temperature to the powdered sugar and stir with a whisk

Add the whole egg liquid and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

Add finely chopped red dates

Just mix it into dough

Place the dough in plastic wrap and shape it into a rectangle about 4CM wide and 3CM high. Place it in the refrigerator and freeze until hard (about 1 hour).

Cut the frozen dough into slices about 5mm thick with a knife,

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, leaving a large gap between the biscuits as they will expand a bit during baking.

Put in the preheated oven, heat up and down to 165 degrees, middle layer, for about 15-20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden. That’s it.
