After the butter has softened at room temperature, pour in the sugar and stir the powdered sugar evenly.

Beat the butter with a whisk until the butter expands in volume and becomes slightly lighter in color.

Add egg liquid in 3 batches and beat evenly. Wait until the butter and eggs are completely combined each time before adding the next one.

Whipped butter is light and fluffy. The butter and eggs are completely blended.

Sift the flour into the butter paste.

Use a rubber spatula to fold flour and butter into cookie batter.

Put the cookie batter into a piping bag.

Pipe cookie batter onto a baking sheet lined with foil.

Preheat the oven in advance, set the middle layer to 190°, and bake it for about 10 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
