Put the gelatine powder into 100ml of ice milk and stir evenly. Chop the dark chocolate and set aside.

Add cocoa powder to milk, heat and stir until it reaches about 70 degrees, keep the temperature on low heat, then add chopped dark chocolate, stir until smooth and turn off the heat, add gelatine powder mixed with milk while hot, and stir until completely melted.

Once cooled, add rum and stir until completely cooled.

Pour into a container and refrigerate until completely solidified. The finished product is ready.
