Spicy Stir-fried Cauliflower

Cut the broccoli into small strips and set aside;

Cut chilli padi into sections and prepare;

Add more oil to the pot, heat it up over high heat, add Sichuan peppercorns and chilli padi, turn to low heat and sauté slowly until fragrant;

When you smell a fragrant and spicy smell, add the cauliflower, turn up the heat, slowly stir-fry and stir-fry (this is somewhat similar to fried cauliflower), until the cauliflower is slightly browned;

Drain the oil, leave the cauliflower, add appropriate amount of fresh flavor and salt;
