Braised Pork Ribs with Radish, King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
White radish is sweet and pungent in nature and returns to the lung and spleen meridian. It has the effects of lowering qi, digesting food, removing diseases and moisturizing the lungs, detoxifying and promoting fluid production, and is diuretic and laxative. It is mainly used to treat lung weakness, lung heat, constipation, vomiting blood, bloating, stagnation of food, indigestion, excessive phlegm, and difficulty in urination and defecation. It also has functions such as anti-cancer, anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, fitness and disease prevention, bowel cleansing and detoxification.

Remove garlic and slice into slices

King oyster mushroom slices

Peel the white radish and cut into thick strips

Wash green beans

Wash the ribs, chop into small pieces, marinate with oil and salt for 15 minutes

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

Pour in the pork ribs and stir-fry until cooked

Pour in white radish strips and king oyster mushrooms, stir-fry

Sprinkle in salt

Sprinkle in black pepper

Pour in a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add the green beans, stir-fry, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the soup dries up and serve.
