Homemade grilled lamb chops
Overview
I originally planned to go to the supermarket to buy some mutton and stew it at home, but the supermarket near my home only had lamb chops, so let’s just have lamb chops! I went home and marinated the lamb chops with some seasonings. I didn’t usually cook barbecue at home, so I didn’t have any special barbecue seasonings. I simply added some green onion, ginger, salt, pepper, black bean paste, pepper, and cumin powder. After marinating overnight, the grilled lamb chops tasted very fragrant, with a crispy surface and tender meat inside, not bad at all

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the lamb chops in clean water and rinse
-
Prepare good seasoning
-
Chop the onion and ginger, add appropriate amount of salt (add more salt) together with other seasonings and put it into the lamb chops
-
Stir evenly and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (minimum marinate for more than 4 hours)
-
The lamb chops marinated overnight will release a lot of moisture. Pour off the marinated moisture, then add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of cumin powder, and a small amount of pepper and mix well
-
Line a baking pan with oiled paper and place the lamb chops. Add the seasoning for marinating the lamb chops and grill them together
-
Preheat the ksox oven to 190 degrees, wrap the baking sheet with oil paper, put it in the oven and bake for 60 minutes
-
After roasting, there will be a lot of soup in the baking pan (not photographed), so we have to change a piece of oil paper and put the lamb chops in again and continue to bake. For the second time, only the lamb chops will be grilled. The green onion and ginger will be omitted. Then sprinkle some cumin powder on the lamb chops and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for another 20 minutes
-
The lamb chops are ready to eat immediately after being grilled
-
The outer layer is extremely chewy and the meat is very tender inside
-
Eat it while it's hot to taste
