Ingredients: leeks, shredded potatoes, garlic.

Flatten and mince the garlic.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Add salt, pepper powder, and sugar to taste and stir well. During the frying process, because potatoes contain more starch and tend to stick to the pan, you can add a little water.

When the potato shreds are nine times ripe, add the leeks. Sprinkle in a small amount of salt and stir-fry evenly. When the leeks are dry, turn off the heat.
