Chicken Zhen, in my memories, there are always a few rare pieces in a bowl of local chicken on the table during the Chinese New Year. Every time it is served, I always think about how to pick it out from the bowl. I have an indescribable feeling at that time, I just like it. Nowadays, life has changed, and there are huge packages of chicken delicacies on the market. It is different from chicken and has a special texture, especially when paired with chili and vinegar. It can be said to be a good side dish. It can also be served with pickled peppers and pickled beans, it’s endlessly delicious!

Prepare chicken nuggets, chili peppers, and garlic cloves
