One tomato rice (coconut flavor)

I have always wanted to try tomato rice, and today I finally did. I happened to buy coconut oil, so I used coconut oil instead of olive oil. During the steaming process, the aroma of coconut oil comes out, fragrant and sweet. I won’t go into too many steps to make tomato rice, it’s too simple. Wash the tomatoes, wash the rice, put it in the rice cooker, add coconut oil, salt, and mix. Of course, you can add any toppings according to your own taste. When the rice cooker indicates that the rice is ready, remove the tomato skins, stir, and start eating. Rice added with coconut oil will taste stronger, full of sweetness, and unexpectedly delicious.
