raw salted duck eggs and 2 preserved eggs

Steam the preserved eggs for 15 minutes to make the inside solid and not runny

Let the steamed preserved eggs cool and peel off the skin

Cut into cubes

Punch a small hole in the top of the raw salted duck egg

Stuff the diced preserved eggs into the filling. A lot of protein will flow out during this process, so it won’t taste too salty
