First, drain the ribs and put them in a soup pot. Add corn, carrots, water chestnuts, angelica, red dates, and wolfberry. Add water to the second part. Put it in the pot to make soup. Then prepare the following ingredients

Marinate ginger, mushrooms, red dates, wolfberry, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, peanut oil, rice wine as shown in the picture

After all the ingredients are prepared and the chicken is marinated, add a layer of iron separator (a steamed sheet with many holes like steamed buns) on the pot, put lotus leaves on it and then put the marinated chicken on top!

Use one lotus leaf separately and cover the other side with the chicken

It will be ready to eat in about 7-8 minutes!

Because I only used half a chicken, I also added fish. The fish was marinated in the same way, except that the red dates and wolfberries were missing. Cover the pot and simmer until cooked
