Cook corn and green beans and set aside.

Fry pine nuts until cooked and set aside.

Wash and dice red peppers and carrots.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add pine nuts and stir-fry briefly.

Add corn kernels and green beans, add appropriate amount of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry.

Finally add radish and red pepper and stir-fry until cooked and turn off the heat.

Finished product is plated. Ready to eat.
