Milky milk-flavored hand-pulled bread
Overview
Even my kid who doesn’t like bread can eat a lot of this bread. It has a strong milky flavor, and it’s tough on the outside but soft on the inside.

Steps
-
The raw materials were gathered together, and the yeast powder was blocked by the milk, but it was not discovered.
-
Pour the liquid into the bread bucket first. I always put the bucket directly on the electronic scale and weigh it directly to avoid having to wash so many pots and jars.
-
Pour in the high-gluten flour, make a well in the middle and add the yeast, and put salt in the corners (do not mix it with the yeast).
-
Use chopsticks to mix it a little, and you don't have to worry about powder flying everywhere.
-
Next, it's time to hand it over to the bread machine. After one dough mixing process (15 minutes), the dough has come out. I feel that this recipe is very easy to make the dough. Add butter and start another dough mixing process. At this time, you can prepare the butter training sauce. Melt the butter and mix it with the training milk evenly.
-
The dough kneading is over and it is already in the complete stage. Isn't it super fast? It only takes 30 minutes.
-
Cover the bread bucket with a damp cloth and ferment until 1.5 times in size. Take out the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a roughly rectangular shape.
-
Use a dough cutter to cut into four equal parts as shown, and spread butter and milk sauce on each part.
-
Stacked as shown.
-
Cut into eighths. Don't finish applying the butter training sauce, leave some for brushing the surface.
-
Place the 8-inch cake mold as shown in the picture, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, put the cake mold into the oven, and let the oven ferment for 30 minutes. It is best to put tin foil around the cake mold, otherwise it will be difficult to remove the mold, at least for me, who does not have a demoulding knife. The first time I made it, I just greased it without putting tin foil, and when I unmoulded it, I went crazy. Also grease the bottom of the cake mold.
-
After the fermentation is completed, take it out and brush it with butter and milk sauce. At the same time, preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Put it in the lower shelf of the oven, raise the heat to 175 degrees, lower the heat to 160 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes. Pay attention to the last few minutes to make sure the color is not too dark. The baking time can be adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven.
-
After baking, unmold and place on the grill to dry until palm temperature, then pack and enjoy slowly.

Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top to make it more appetizing? !
