Prepare the ingredients

Wash the potatoes and cut them into strips (the potatoes are particularly fragrant when roasted with the skin on. If you don’t like the potato skin, you can peel it off)

Wash the starch on the surface of the potato strips with water

Add 3 teaspoons of salt to the water and soak the potatoes in the salt water for 3 minutes

Take out the potato strips and drain the water thoroughly (be sure to drain the water, you can use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the potato strips)

Pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, appropriate amount of salt, and mix the potato strips evenly.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, brush with a thin layer of olive oil, spread the potato strips on the baking sheet, bake in the oven at 230°C for 20 minutes, then turn the potato strips over and bake for another 20 minutes.
