Minced Pork Vermicelli with Baotou
Overview
Baotou is available all year round. It is usually fried in oyster sauce. Today I made a minced pork vermicelli Baotou and paired it with a bowl of white rice. It is very delicious.

Cut the cabbage into shreds and wash.

Put the water in the pot and blanch until raw.

The minced meat is marinated with onions, ginger and peppercorns. Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil and stir-fry minced meat until oil comes out.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry.

Add 1 spoonful of light soy sauce.

Add millet pepper.

Add the soaked vermicelli and stir-fry until there is no water in the pot.

Add half a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Add it to rice and you can eat two bowls.
