Garlic Bones
Overview
When I went home during the Spring Festival, my parents gave me a lot of garlic. Seeing that the weather was getting warmer, the garlic was about to sprout. I marinated it a little and there was still a lot of it. I had some spareribs in the refrigerator a few years ago. I originally wanted to buy some garlic powder to make garlic bones, but now I just use garlic instead!

Get the ingredients ready.

Mince the garlic.

Chop green onion and ginger.

Wash the left and right ribs, add onions, ginger, minced garlic, cooking wine and salt.

Catch evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Coat the marinated ribs with cornstarch.

Fry in oil pan over low heat.

Let cool and then fry again over high heat.

The garlic-flavored pork ribs are ready.
