Lean meat tofu soup
Overview
A quick soup that I used to eat when I was a kid. Now I try to copy my grandma’s taste. It’s really quick and delicious. Rapeseed oil is the key, it gives it the grandma flavor.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of rapeseed oil to the pot and heat slightly.

Add the green onions and fry.

Add water and cook until the soup boils.

Then cut the tofu into the pot and cook until the soup boils.

Then cut the meat into the pot with a knife.

Add appropriate amount of fine salt to taste.

When the soup base is wide open, add wolfberry to garnish.
