Prepare ingredients, one egg, garlic, onion, olive oil

Refrigerate the mutton and remove the water from the surface

Marinate the mutton with eggs, onions and olive oil for 20 minutes

Add minced garlic to hot oil, add meat, and fry over medium heat for 6 minutes each.
