Prepare a piece of lettuce, the fat one has more meat.

One king oyster mushroom, choose the hard ones when buying😊

Peel the lettuce with a paring knife, cut into 2cm pieces and then cut into thin slices vertically and set aside.

After washing the king oyster mushrooms, use the same method, first cut off the segments, and then slice them for later use.

Heat the pan and pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the prepared king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the lettuce slices. Stir-fry until the king oyster mushrooms become soft and the lettuce turns slightly green. Pour in appropriate oyster sauce and continue stir-frying. Finally add half a spoonful of salt, stir-fry a few times and remove from the pan. 😁
