Red wine poached pear
Overview
This dessert is both delicious and beautiful. This is one of my favorite desserts.

Two snow pears, I used huanghuali, and snow pears are better.

A bottle of red wine.

A little rock sugar.

Peel the pears and put them in a cooking pot. Pour in the red wine, add rock sugar, and boil the water. After boiling, open the lid and let the red wine essence evaporate. For convenience, you can core the pears and cut them into large pieces. I put them whole in the pot just for the sake of appearance.

Once done, you can drink the red wine together.
