Cut the chicken breasts diagonally into 3cm thick slices.

Mix chicken breasts with appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, eggs and starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut green peppers and carrots into diamond-shaped slices.

Slice green onions and shred ginger.

When the oil in the pot is 60% hot, add the marinated chicken slices one by one, fry until golden and take them out to control the oil.

Add appropriate amount of salt, tomato paste, sugar, starch, and water to the bowl and stir evenly.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the onion and ginger and stir-fry.
