Slice the pork tenderloin and pineapple; put the pork tenderloin in a container, add salt and eggs.

Stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add starch so that every piece of meat is evenly coated with starch; put oil in the wok, heat the oil, put the meat pieces into the pan piece by piece, fry until golden brown and turn off the heat.

Remove the meat slices to control the oil. After about 3 minutes, start the fire again, bring the oil temperature up, put it in the pan and fry it again, take it out and control the oil for later use;

Pour out the excess oil and leave a little base oil. Pour in the tomato paste and sugar over low heat. Stir with a spatula until the tomato paste forms small bubbles. Turn up the heat, add the pineapple and fried meat, and stir-fry quickly until the tomato paste is evenly coated on the pineapple and meat. Remove from the pan.
