Wash and devein the abalone, then make a cross knife on the surface and cut it into pieces for later use;

Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces, then blanch it in boiling water and skim off the blood;

Blanch the washed okra in boiling water for 3 minutes to remove the astringent taste;

Cut the small piece of ginger into slices, put it into a stew pot with the abalone and chicken from steps 3 and 4 above, and then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water. The amount of water should just cover the abalone and chicken. Then put the stew pot into the pressure cooker and steam for 30 minutes;

Take out the abalone and chicken soup that has been cooked in water and set aside;

Heat the oil in a pan, add the diced garlic and stir-fry;

Add okra and stir-fry, then pour in about 200ml of abalone and chicken soup and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat;

One minute before starting the pot, add the lilies and then the salt, and the dish is complete.
