For the post-greasing method, put the liquid first and then put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading process until the end.

Add butter and start kneading process to the end.

Let the dough rise until 2.5 times in size.

Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.

Divide the dough into equal portions, cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, cranberries and 30 grams of sugar in hot water in advance until the cheese is smooth.

Take a portion of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into the shape of beef tongue.

Add appropriate amount of cranberry cheese filling.

Roll up and pinch to seal.

Place the shaped dough into a greased baking pan, put it in the oven, add a cup of warm water, start the fermentation pan, and ferment the dough until it doubles in size. (My baking pan is an 8-inch square removable bottom mold)

Take out the second dough dough. Cut two strips of the same size out of oil paper, spread them on the surface of the baking sheet, and evenly sift in an appropriate amount of dry flour. (Preheat the oven to 170 degrees in advance)
