  1. For the post-greasing method, put the liquid first and then put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading process until the end.

  6. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, cranberries and 30 grams of sugar in hot water in advance until the cheese is smooth.

  7. Take a portion of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into the shape of beef tongue.
