Homemade sushi noodles – various ways to eat noodles

When I was cleaning up the kitchen, I dug out the sushi roll that had been gathering dust for a long time... I bought it to make sushi a few years ago. I was very fond of sushi at the time. But after I bought the sushi roll, I only made it once and then put it away... Well, this time I used it to make sushi noodles... ╮(╯▽╰)╭

Prepare the flour and add appropriate amount of salt;

While slowly pouring water into the flour, stir quickly with chopsticks; the water must be added slowly and in small amounts, and you can stop adding water after stirring to form a floc;

Knead the flour with your hands into a smooth dough; cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest;

Wash the sushi roll and drain it;

Divide the dough into evenly sized portions, take one portion and roll it into a cylindrical slender strip;

Place the thin round strips on the sushi roll;

Just like rolling sushi, roll it tightly from one end to the other; just be able to wrap the dough;

Release the roller shutter and you will get sushi noodles;

Place the prepared sushi noodles on the chopping board and cut them into even lengths with a kitchen knife.
