When I was cleaning up the kitchen, I dug out the sushi roll that had been gathering dust for a long time... I bought it to make sushi a few years ago. I was very fond of sushi at the time.   5. Divide the dough into evenly sized portions, take one portion and roll it into a cylindrical slender strip;

  6. Place the thin round strips on the sushi roll;

  7. Just like rolling sushi, roll it tightly from one end to the other; just be able to wrap the dough;

  8. Release the roller shutter and you will get sushi noodles;

  9. Place the prepared sushi noodles on the chopping board and cut them into even lengths with a kitchen knife.
