Stir-fried water spinach with shredded pork
Overview
A few days ago, I discovered that the water spinach planted on the roof had grown. I hadn’t picked it for a while, so I picked it all, pinched off the tender heads and fried them. The remaining relatively tender stalks were originally intended to be fried with sour and spicy flavors. The two children were not feeling well recently, so they used them to stir-fry meat.
