Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and scrape off some lemon zest.

Softened butter on slow setting

Beat butter until slightly white and fluffy

Pour the prepared lemon juice and shavings into the whipped butter and continue to mix well. Add the powdered sugar and egg liquid in three batches. I forgot to take a photo of this step. Stir evenly and put it into a plastic bag to squeeze out the desired shape.

Because I didn’t buy any decorating tools, I cut a hole in the ziplock bag and my daughter asked me to put her name on it.
