Wash the pork belly and cut into 6cm-8cm long and 2cm thick

Pour the pork belly into the container and add all the seasonings.

Wear disposable gloves and rub a few times to absorb the smell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Marinated pork belly

Put a piece of tin foil on the bottom of the oven. In order to clean the oven, there will be oil dripping when roasting. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Put marinated pork belly at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The specific temperature depends on your own oven

After 15 minutes, brush each part of the pork belly with honey water or pickled seasoning sauce.

What I use here is the remaining sauce from the marinated pork belly. Personally, I don't like it to be too sweet. The barbecued pork sauce itself is sweet, and a little sugar is also added when marinating. If you like sweetness, you can also use honey. After brushing, turn over and continue baking for 15 minutes
