Milk and eggs are ready.

Fresh strawberries and strawberry jam.

Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.

Add a spoonful of sugar to the egg whites.

Put the milk into the pot and cook until it bubbles slightly around the edges.

Pour into the egg whites and mix well.

Sieve twice.

Pour into small cups and put into steamer.

Add plastic wrap and poke a few small holes with a toothpick.
