Overview
Because I couldn't buy ready-made egg tart crust (flying cake crust), I made it myself. The amount of ingredients given is enough to make 8 egg tarts.

Melt the butter in hot water, add 40 grams of powdered sugar, 20 grams of milk, 5 grams of whipping cream, and one egg, and beat evenly with a whisk.

After an hour, take out the dough, divide the dough into appropriate sizes, and flatten it with a kneading pin.

You can spread a layer of butter on the egg tart mold to facilitate demolding, and place the dough on the egg tart mold.

Place the middle layer of the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes for the upper and lower layers, and the last few minutes for the upper layer (this way the top will be a little burnt and the color will look better)
