Fish-flavored scrambled eggs

Cut carrots and fungus into shreds. 2 Chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside (I forgot to take a photo of the garlic). 3 Beat the eggs with salt and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in scrambled eggs. You can fry the eggs until they are a little dry and set aside

Pour oil back into the pan until it is warm. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

After the minced garlic is sautéed, add shredded carrots and shredded fungus and stir-fry. (The fungus is more likely to explode after being heated, so novices should be careful not to burn it).

After the carrot shreds are fried until soft. Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry a few more times.

Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil over high heat to reduce the juice.
