-
Beat evenly
-
Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix well until there is no dry powder, then put the dough into a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
-
Take out the refrigerated dough and knead it with your hands for a while
-
Place it on the chopping board and roll it out to a thickness of about 3mm
-
Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out corresponding shapes on the dough
-
Place the pressed dough into the baking pan
-
Use a decorating nozzle to press out a mark on the center of the flower surface. Pay attention to the mark and don’t press it through
-
Then use a small fork to poke a few rows of small holes in the center as stamens
-
Then use a tool to make indentations on the petals to complete the shape
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes
-
Take out of the oven and let cool; be careful to store in bags to avoid moisture and softening
