Prepare all materials according to usage.

Crack the eggs into a clean container

Add lemon juice and powdered sugar together and beat with a whisk. You can sit some hot water under the container for heating. There will be a lot of big bubbles at the beginning, and the bubbles will become smaller after about 3 minutes. Then continue to beat quickly, for about ten minutes, until there is a triangular white line when you pull it up.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, adjust the time according to the temperature of your oven and the size of the paper cup.
