Bacon cheese buns
Overview
I often make sweet bread, but to be honest, sometimes I get a little tired of it, so I suddenly had the idea of making a bread stuffed with milk, cheese and bacon.

Prepare all ingredients

Except for butter, all other ingredients are put together.

Mix on the 1-2 level of the kitchen mixer and stir on the 3-4 level

Knead until expansion stage

Put butter

Knead until fully expanded

Place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven to ferment.

Serve until doubled in size.

Deflate the dough and divide into 6 pieces.

Prepare bacon crumbs and mozzarella cheese crumbs.

Mix in crumbled bacon and crumbled mozzarella cheese. Wrap 6 buns like buns and bake in the oven until they are 1.5 times the size. Use a scalpel or a bag-cutting knife to cut the cross.
