  9. Deflate the dough and divide into 6 pieces.

  10. Prepare bacon crumbs and mozzarella cheese crumbs.

  11. Mix in crumbled bacon and crumbled mozzarella cheese. Wrap 6 buns like buns and bake in the oven until they are 1.5 times the size. Use a scalpel or a bag-cutting knife to cut the cross.
