Honey crispy buns
Overview
While walking on the street, the idea of eating honey crispy buns suddenly came up and I couldn't control it, so I started eating it as soon as I got home! Just 2 steps to recreate the classic delicacy of childhood. It’s crispy, sweet, and finger-licking delicious. I haven’t rolled bread in a long time. This time, let’s take advantage of the east wind of small bread and try it out. The dough was fermented and ready to be shaped. When I looked up, I saw the meat floss on the shelf. It happened to be that the dough was in the process of rolling, so I put the meat floss in and rolled it in. The taste level will be richer~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Let’s make the noodles first. Put high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, yeast, and sugar into a cooking machine.
-
Beat in an egg, add an appropriate amount of water according to the water absorption of the flour, and start kneading the dough. After the dough is formed, pour in the corn oil and continue kneading. (I ran out of butter, so I used corn oil this time)
-
Knead the dough until a tougher film can be pulled out and place it in a warm place to ferment.
-
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
-
Take it out and deflate it gently.
-
Divide into 8 portions.
-
Divide the dough and roll into balls one by one. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
-
The process of relaxing the dough is to adjust the honey and sesame part. Place honey and sesame seeds in a bowl.
-
Just stir it evenly.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape as much as possible.
-
Spread a layer of meat floss.
-
Roll up from top to bottom.
-
Cut in half in the middle, dip the bottom with honey and sesame seeds, and place on an oiled baking sheet.
-
Make everything and put it in the oven for the second rise.
-
After the second serve is completed.
-
Brush the surface of the dough with another layer of honey water.
-
Preheat the oven to 150° for upper heat and 200° for lower heat, about 25 minutes. (Try to bake the bottom of the bread as crispy as possible. The surface of the bread should be covered with tin foil according to the specific coloring situation.)
-
Take out the baked bread, turn it upside down and let cool.
-
The buns with crispy bottom and sweet overall are ready~
-
The sweetness of honey is mixed with the aroma of sesame seeds, haha, here we go~
