Spicy Chicken Feet
Overview
Occasionally I see spicy chicken feet made by others. So I bought it back and took care of it myself. All homemade condiments are used. It tastes delicious when made. There are not a lot of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, and even children can chew them. If you like spicy food, you can add more to make it more spicy!

-
When the water boils, add cooking wine. Simmer for about five minutes. I cooked it for ten minutes in total, and the chicken feet were already cooked.
-
Cut the chicken feet into small pieces with scissors. Soak in cold water to remove gum (same as making pickled pepper chicken feet). I soaked for about two hours.

Prepare ingredients
-
Heat oil in the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, and peppers (I also broke a few peppers to make them spicier. After breaking them, it is best to remove the pepper seeds inside to make it easier to eat). Simmer over low heat to bring out the aroma, take your time and don't rush.
-
After the aroma comes out, add the onion and ginger.
-
Add soaked chicken feet and stir-fry. Note: The chicken feet will still stick to the pan after stir-frying for a while, so stir-fry frequently. (Maybe I didn’t soak it long enough, or maybe the chicken feet themselves were tender). Put in it - soy sauce, oil, and chicken essence. Remove from the pan.
-
Finally, I sprinkled cooked white sesame seeds on it to make it taste even more delicious
