  1. Prepare water, sugar and cornmeal.

  3. Add water and knead into dough

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 10 minutes

  5. Divide into small pieces and roll into balls

  6. Press out the pit with your thumb, and then slowly shape it into a doughnut shape

  7. The first time I did it, it was a bit ugly. But it would be fine if the shape is roughly like this.

  8. Pour cold water into the pot. I use an induction cooker. Select the steaming setting and steam for 20 minutes.
